This is a real bitter one, but that was the way I felt. My writing process was pretty much like for My Elysium, just something that popped up and had to get out of my system just as I was leaving the studio. I turned around and went back upstairs to write this. Actually, sometimes I’m not really sure I like this one. I love the lyric but the song always seems too depressing, on the other hand though if you are experiencing those kinds of troubles it usually doesn’t occur to you that there might be an end to it all.
The lyric is about the first girl that dumped me, and how I felt at the time. To justify myself a little bit I have to say that she wasn’t being very nice with me afterwards either. When I wrote the song I finally realized that I didn’t need her any more and not only that, I also realized that I couldn’t (and still can’t) see how I could date someone who turned into what she had turned into. Point is the song is totally bitter, and that’s the way I felt. But then again, I got out of it, and it made me stronger.

Wonderful song !!! when i first read the lyric, and the story of the song.. i thought "aww..poor Amit.."

very beautiful.. and very easy to relate to. i'm sure many people have been blinded by love & only in retrospect do they realize it.
